On 8 May 2026, LIFE4YOU organised a PageTurners workshop for 20 young people at Public Library Slovenj Gradec.
The workshop created space to reflect on reading habits and the role of printed and digital content in young people’s everyday lives. Participants discussed concentration, access to information and the skills needed to read online materials with greater awareness.
Activities connected with the PageTurners Booklet of Good Practices, the PageTurners Training Course and the PageTurners e-learning platform supported reading comprehension, critical thinking and digital literacy. The participants also considered how libraries can provide welcoming environments for learning, exploration and discussion.
